ANOTHER GREAT GAME AT THE MONDAY CREATIVE WRITING CLASS LED TO A HORROR POEM

Arm Dealer

Soft warm beating fingers

Squeezing but puzzled with small pot in hand

Once owned by tiny heart linked to lost tears

Cried in broken torment

Smooth cool blue white expectant

Leaf-linked picture broken and lost

Altogether making treasure trove protected

Correct in position unfortunate in outcome

Aware of suffocation screaming in porcelain

Slithering in base bled murderers incision

Crushed in cot sawed up crèche prison

Dunked in jeopardy

Dolled up mixed in puzzle

Crushed crashed real cavity

Poisoned slipper razor bled bandage laceration

Falling in pond of grime and stench

Grizzly outcome mystery inclined

Mother, father family feud

Desperate arson reason lighted

Intuitive sickness animal blind broken

Scalding hot iron flattened by nature

Again the whisper of rattling death’s overture

Expectant homecoming burnt traitor

A fall agent no prisoner to be asked for

Mean, mould on walls, Fevered rejected

Chopped for shoulder; that’s all that’s left

Quick drying cement to cover intention

The story not finished

All but done but misery festering

The crunch of bones incinerated dismembered

The severing passion of heartbreak

Blistered prince of darkness encrypted

An orient express mysterious moment

Horror happening driven always

To the cliff

And jump
