Poem of the day Things in time

Things in time

Robbed pickings rich in favour

A bought wedge placed for jamming, propping, teasing open,

Scores of pink tourists sunned in crunched apple umbrella stands

A shade of things to come

A dancing débutante undulates against the seagull sandwich grabber

Flapping in the face, mark in time for unsavoury man you factored

Tall border, high ceiling paper chaser

Scrape in the gaps for piston spark provider

Engine rattles in bedlam, in cracking glass sleeping draught party sessions

Expire not sent for a personal messenger

Part-time telegraph poster lost in a train crash catastrophe.
