Daily Poem – Ruffle

Scrumple up winterly weather in a crunch of clouds

Misty horizon orange shepherds warning a frost about

Crispy chilled drips wither into the bones, a shake a shiver a flicker

Quell urges to misery by dancing in protaganist imagination

Dance on the grass planting prints in patterns

Fly on the hilltops riding soft white whispers

Stroll in cozy comfort coat reliving young memories

Of blue hands and snow and hot chocolate

Tinsel town bourbels folded crepe chains

Triple treat bangers and mash piping hot to recover

From frozen tones

Cramped in the coal shed to fill up the shuttle

Snap the twigs for lighting with white firelighters from Woolies

Oh roll on
