Poem of the day – Cool Dream Savour

Cool Dream Savour

Soft cream, comfort cuddling, warm flames licking luminous light

Flickering dreams, memories of ease and contentment

Churning heart thrusting blood to chest and tears

Flowing for pleasure not pain

Claiming gratitude for a moment for the short stay in being

Not grappling for more to protect what’s not given

Flow thought outwards holding onto to nothing

Clean meanings purified by destructive seduction

Remember all possibility of responding, sealed in our living

Teaching the rage to wipe the window of wisdom clean

Precipice peering over lapsed draped linen, crayon covered willow hanging treasures

Bark scraped

With love in mind

Tomorrow a box is in a day
