Poem of the Day — Yellow trickling

Yellow Trickling

Tea time clothing racked in age worn dreams

Buffed up corduroy patches to attract a shining

Clamoured girl covered in glossy revenue

Sweet talks a taxi to whiz off to cocktail bar

A haven for slammers, tequila trashed bargain bar with bruised eye users

Seen to much action and numbed by dinosaur drinking

Glugged up in seconds; red nose not a joke, liver bursting banks

Flowing in emotion

Priceless and level playing field for building bust ups

Of crash-land idle stories

Dreams of illusions, deluded, wind swept and cross on entry

Bow pulled arrow, penetrating eye to eye confrontation

Left without paying the bill

Shot in jail break

Serial of disaster

Lasting minder

Missed

This time
