Poem of the Day — BOX

Box

Weaning crestfallen lovers of the milk and honey

While dream of controlling everyones desires

A place where everyone fits in a box

A box made by me

A box that can’t be free

A box that we end up in

A box with straight edges and corners, with orders, not dancing

Free and wild; how life really works

The twist and turns of the heart

Dynamically resisting compliance

Courage to take out a personal plea

For the right to live naturally

Not nailed to societies pitiful evolution

Based on domination and hatred

Be free and except life’s eternity

Stand up

Sit down

You must behave like this

Or else

What

You must be eliminated
